Living on your own is great but it does take a big chunk out of your budget. When so much of your income is dedicated to rent, food, insurance, and vehicle payments it can be really difficult to save for those awesome trips that you were able to go on more frequently when you had more disposable income. Try to put a set amount away each month. Even if it isn’t very much you will be surprised how quickly it adds up.
