Eating healthy can be challenging, especially if you’re like me and have a massive sweet tooth. I can’t tell you how many hours I’ve spent trying to find dessert recipes that don’t contain any sugar. What makes it worse is the number of recipes that I find that claim to be sugar-free but contain brown sugar or icing sugar.

Guys, brown sugar and icing sugar are still sugar. They even have ‘sugar’ in their name. If a recipe has those things in it, they are not sugarless.
