Help Wanted

The term “entry level” has come to mean a lot of things in the last few years. I have seen postings that insist that they are entry level but require at least five years of experience in a similar position, or a background in tasks so high-level that no entry-level person would stand a chance in getting that position. In those cases one must wonder if they had intended any outside applicants to apply for the position at all.
