I love trying new hairstyles. I have spent hours combing the internet and pouring through pinterest boards to find new cool things to experiment with. Some of them work great and some of them you have to have some kind of magical hair sorcery to get them to come out right. The worst for me is that fabulous 1940s body wave style. It looks so pretty and glamorous but I can’t do it to save my life. The result is always a frizzy puff-ball mess.
What is your favourite style to try? Which ones continually fight you? Let me know in the comments!
Necroing a bit here, but if you never figured this out, I’d try leave-in conditioner for the frizz (it works wonders) and making sure to roll under the strand of hair and not over it. As someone with poofy hair, I feel your struggle!
I’ll have to try that next time. My hair does not hold a curl, so it either goes flat in under 30 minutes, or I look like Shirley Temple.
