The First Night

Your first night alone in your new place can be scary. Every creak and footstep goes from “Oh it’s just the upstairs neighbours” to “Omigod robbers” and “Oh God it’s the zombies. They’ve come to get me.” Or was that just me? If you’re not sure how you’re going to take your first night, make it a party! Invite a friend over, watch some movies, eat pizza as they help you unpack. Make your new place feel like a home instead of some place foreign.
