No if’s, and’s, or but’s about it, being sick sucks rocks. Being sick when you live on your own? Pretty much the worst thing ever. Sometimes we think we can handle it and fight through a long day of work while slowly drowning in an ever-growing sea of facial tissue. Other days the only thing we are capable of doing is dragging our sorry, sniffly butts to the kitchen to make a pot of tea before depositing ourselves on the couch under a mountain of blankets for the rest of the day.
