Media Overload

Eventually we all hit a point in our lives when it seems like every time we open social media a friend has a big announcement to make. They’re getting married, having babies, buying their first house… It can be a little overwhelming, especially if you haven’t reached that stage of your life yet. Sometimes you can’t help but feel like you’ve been left behind.

When this happens it can be helpful to sit back and remember your own accomplishments. It might surprise you what you come up with. It can also be a good time to evaluate the things that you want to accomplish in the future and start taking measurable attempts to achieve them. Keep your head up and keep fighting and you can accomplish anything.
