We all have that one common household object that we just find downright annoying.  For me it’s hairdryers. The persistent whine of the motor is grating to me even on the best of days and it just takes so darn long to dry my hair that unless I am about to head out to work or meet somebody, most days I just towel-dry my hair the best that I can and tie it back in a school-marm bun.
